Dedicated International Support
Newcastle College has dedicated International Student Support Officers who are on hand to assist with any queries you have before, during, or after your time in the UK.
Come and visit us in-person in the International Office, where we can assist you with a wide range of queries, such as opening a UK bank account, applying for a National Insurance Number so you can find employment, applying for Council Tax exemption, and anything else you need support with.
You can also get in contact with us via email or phone, Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm.
International Social Programme
Studying in the UK is more than just attending classes and gaining your qualification - the people you meet and the places you visit can create lasting memories.
Our dedicated International Social Programme arranges trips and visits to local towns, cities and attractions, providing you with the opportunity to get to know your fellow international students and experience UK life and culture.
You might visit famous locations such as the Lake District, the historic cities of Edinburgh, Durham or York, or visit architectural sites such Alnwick Castle, among many others.
Sometimes, we can also offer discounted tickets to local sports matches such as Newcastle United Football Club or the Newcastle Eagles Basketball Club.
